Appointment Terms & Conditions

When making an appointment you will be asked to confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions and understand that failure to comply with the following terms and conditions will result in the loss of your booking fee…. 

 

+ All clients must be over the age of 18 years old at the time of treatment. If you are not able to provide ID when asked we will not proceed with treatment, and you will lose your booking fee

 

+ For DERMAL FILLERS & PROFHILO you will not be receiving a Covid-19 or seasonal flu vaccination within the two-week period before, and three-week period after your treatment.

 

+ For ALL OTHER TREATMENTS you will not be receiving a Covid-19 or seasonal flu vaccination within one week before or after your treatment.

 

+ We cannot treat you if you are unwell or have an infection at the time of treatment. This includes viral and bacterial infections and cold sores. Failure to notify us of illness prior to treatment will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

+ We cannot treat you if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or less than 6 weeks post-partum.

 

+ We cannot treat you if you have had surgery or have a surgery planned 2 weeks either side of your treatment date. 

 

+ If making an appointment for non-surgical rhinoplasty, tear trough fillers or jaw fillers please send photos prior to booking an appointment so we can assess your suitability for treatment. 

 

+ You must inform us prior to making an appointment if you are taking any medications, have any diagnosed medical conditions, have a history of anaphylaxis, have an autoimmune disorder or taking immune supressing medications as this may affect your suitability for treatment.  

 

+ In the event a clinic is re-arranged or cancelled by we will not reimburse travel, nor cover further expenses that may be incurred as a result.

 

+ We do not allow children on the premises. If you arrive with anyone under the age of 18 years old, we will not proceed with treatment, and you will lose your booking fee

 

+ We may not be able to treat you if you have arrived more than 5 minutes late to your booking. You will be refused by the clinic and will lose your booking fee

 

+ We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. We are not able to transfer bookings or booking fees to another individual.

 

+ Discounts and treatment packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or loyalty discount. 

 

+ Loyalty card discounts apply to a single treatment only and cannot be used against treatment packages or multiple treatments. The discount will be applied to the treatment with the lowest value. 

 

+ Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

 

+ If you wish to reschedule your booking you can do this yourself via the link in your appointment confirmation email. You must give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice otherwise you will lose your booking fee. 

 

+ If you cancel your appointment on the day or do not turn up to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance due. This will be automatically taken from your stored card details. 

 

 

I acknowledge that my deposit payment is a booking fee in exchange for an allocated and reserved time slot of my choice, otherwise known as ‘a service’. I confirm that I have personally registered my details and reserved a time allocation that I am committed to. Should my circumstances change, and I am no longer able to attend my booking I accept full liability and thus fore forfeit my booking payment to the company Bliss Aesthetics Ltd. I understand that any attempts to withdraw this payment will result in legal action being taken against me. I understand that evidence of my acknowledgement will be provided to my bank institution and PayPal Legal representatives.
